As a bunch of youngsters, fresh from varsity, we were all looking for that first break into the working world. Graduates rarely find the right jobs immediately, as you all know, and by pure serendipity our entire team got those first big breaks in the corporate world of recruitment.
Now, with a collective 20 years of experience, we are all still here and LOVING IT. Collectively we share common attributes that make us masters in our field. We are passionate, with a high sense of urgency and a keen drive to understand how and where to appropriate the best resource for your business.

Born from Covid, Tiger PM realised that there was a great need to partner with clients who were struggling to appoint the right people. Corporate fee structures, inflexibility and the pressures that came from this pandemic affected clients and candidates alike. We pulled together as a team of Specialist Recruitment and Payroll Consultants and decided to bring a service offering to the market that was both affordable but with the same level of professionalism you would expect from a corporate partner – and here we are!
During our first half year of operations, we have managed to change the lives of more people than we ever have before in our corporate roles and have made the jobs of our clients easier by saving them more than 30% of their recruitment budgets to date.
